Prior to arrival communication was excellent. Great location. Large quiet room with very comfortable bed. All staff friendly and helpful. We ate in the hotel restaurant, delicious meals at very reasonable prices. They even catered for my partner's fussy meal choices. As we arrived at the airport early, we took the Metro to the hotel avoiding the expensive taxi fare. And returned by Uber. All in all, a perfect stopover in Doha.

Very good hotel if you’re having a lay over in Doha and want to have some sleep in between flights. The staff was very friendly! They have a free shuttle service that drops you at the airport which is very nice.

Breakfast from 6am only, but that's fine unless you have an early flight. Apart from that, a perfectly decent and well-located cheap alternative to sleeping in the terminal itself. Staff are competent. Good for a stopover.

Excellent service, the buffet breakfast includedin the price is super value for money, and the staff very polite, professional and friendly. Free hotel shuttle is a highly sought after convenience after a long journey and added to my peace of mind while booking. Although the usual check in time is 14:00 but the reception staff was very kind and considerate to accomodate my request for an early check in at 7.30 am.

The hotel was lovely and only 10 minutes from the airport by shuttle. We were able to check in quickly and leave our luggage there until the evening after checking out. All of the reception staff were very nice and pleasant. The breakfasts were very tasty, with a great choice of both sweet and savoury options, and the service was great. The room was clean and tidy, although maybe not everything was brand new. It was quiet at night, which was especially valuable. We took their free shuttle to the hotel at night and took the metro back during the day, as we had time. Bear in mind that the metro is a budget-friendly option, but it takes about 40 minutes in total, whereas a taxi or shuttle will cost you around 10 euros. If we are ever in the city again, we would love to stay here again.

The customer service was amazing, they were so accommodating and the food at the restaurant was really good. Location was excellent for spending one day before heading home

We only stayed one night in this hotel which is close to Hamad airport (10-12 minutes by taxi / 44 Qatari Rials). We appreciated the quick check-in and check-out. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was nice and spacious. We got some free coffee and tea in the room which helped a lot with our early morning departure. There is a shuttle bus between the airport and the hotel. The shuttle bus schedule can be found on the hotel's website. But you have to be in the lobby 15 minutes before departure from the hotel, because there are only 21 seats on the bus and there are many passengers, especially in the high season. Breakfast starts from 6:30 am, so if you have an early flight, don't count on breakfast in the hotel.
